Ordering from a webshop you have not used before can be a bit confusing so we have listed some simple instructions, along with some screenshots, to guide you through our order process.
Add to Cart
Once you have found what you want to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button. If you want to order more than one of the same product you can type the number you want in the "Quantity" box before clicking on "Add to Cart"
Check Order
You can check your order on the next page. If you want to increase the number of items, type the number you want into the "Quantity" box and click on the update icon - the little pencil and pad. If you want to remove the item click on the trashcan icon.
If you want to add other items click on the "Continue Shopping" link and select what you want before returning to this page. If you are happy with your order click on "Checkout"
Checkout
If you have used our site before and have registered, simply enter your Username and Password.
If you are new to our site, please register your details with us. You need to fill out all the fields marked with an asterisk. Please remember to tick the "I agree to the terms of service box". You can read our terms and conditions by clicking on the "Terms of Service" link. Once you have filled out all the required fields, click on the "Send Registration" button.
Shipping Address
If you wish to have your order delivered to the same address as you have just used for registering with us, then just click Next >>
If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address (for example as a gift), please click on Add a new Shipping Address and enter the address details.
Choose a Delivery Method
Click on the type of delivery you would like and then click "Next"
Relevant delivery options are shown according to the shipping address you entered.
We currently offer:
3-7 days, standard delivery (by Royal Mail) in UK only: £2.80
Next working day delivery by Royal Mail in UK only: £5.00
5-7 days airmail to any country in the EU: £3.50
5-7 days airmail to North America: £5.50
5-7 days airmail to Australia and New Zealand: £5.50
Confirm Order
Check your order details and then click on "Confirm Order"
If you have any special requests (for example if you would like us to include a personal greeting with your order) please enter them in the the "Please leave a note to us..." box before clicking on "Confirm Order".
Payment
We handle all credit card and debit card payments for LindenFrench through PayPal. This means we do not store any credit card information on our web server, but entrust the secure processing and storing of the data to PayPal who have experience of securely handling credit card accounts for millions of customers. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment.
Paying without a PayPal account
If you happen to have a PayPal account but don't wish to use it, click on "Continue" on the left hand side of the page, where it says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available) Continue"
If you don't have a PayPal account or have clicked on "Continue" on the previous page, enter your credit card details on the left hand side of the screen and then click "Review Order and Continue"
If you have previously registered with PayPal the next page will ask you whether you would in fact like to log on to PayPal and pay through your PayPal account. If you would prefer not to use your PayPal account, just click on "Continue" where it says "Continue without logging in".
On the next page, review your payment details and then click "Pay Now" to process the payment.
Paying with a PayPal account
If you already have a PayPal account which you wish to use, once you have confirmed your order on our site simply log in to your PayPal account on the next page where it says "LOG IN TO PAYPAL" and make your payment as you normally would through PayPal.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order and you will also receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment. We will then send you another e-mail confirming shipment of your order.
